We began our home building journey with a builder where we felt like we weren’t really being supported well and because of all the government grants we felt we were given least priority as we wanted a custom design house, They couldn’t give us a time frame as to when we could get our building contract and the estimated date of construction, which would mean we could miss out on the building grants. So we decided to move builder and one of our friends recommended one of the consultants there and she was nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with!
